2026 Public Schedule Announcements:

Bellydance Technique and Storytelling Workshop with Zoe Jakes of Beats Antique: 

• • Thursday, March 12th at 1pm - 4pm at the Pump Room

  • Cost: $60 for this 3 hour workshop

  • This workshop seeks to build creative storytelling through fusion bellydance movement and theatrical techniques, guided by Zoe’s many years of onstage experience. Dancers will begin class with technique drills for armwork, undulations, hipwork and footwork, and then work on dynamic dance phrases. All of this movement will then be layered with intention through focus, dynamic pauses, gesture work and powerful phrasing.
